Poor Service result - Extra cost and time wasting!

Today 05 March 2013, was suppose to be the day I collect my vehicle. My vehicle was booked in at Auto Magic N1 on the 25/02, orig date for collection 01/03.
I was then contacted on the 28/02 by a Marlyn, who informed me the vehicle will now be completed by the 05/03 due to the vehicle bumpers ordered not fitting on my vehicle. SMS confirmation received of the above dates.

Today 05/03, I made contact with Auto Magic at 8.59am and spoke to Kobus.

I asked Kobus if my vehicle would be ready for collection and he assured me by 4:30pm I can collect my vehicle.

1 I have a courtesy car (Dep. R750 pd refundable after refueling the vehicle) and the date for the return of the vehicle is 05/03/2013 at 5pm latest.
2 Fuel will be increased by 81c p/litre the night of 05/03/2013.
3 Time off from work to drive from CT CBD to N1 for the supposed collection of my repaired vehicle

with the above in mind I get to Auto Magic (4:20pm), no Kobus but a Marlyn to assist. I was then informed my vehicle will not be ready and I will have to wait another day. It was like a nightmare. No communication, Extra cost for fuel for both vehicles and my insurer was not informed, no courtesy car arrangements, time?
