Poor Service!!!

Yesterday my wife took our car in for a wash at this company. One of the staff tried to remove the GPS holder from the inside window and subsequently broke it.

My wife informed the lady at the office, who took her mobile number and informed her that the manager will have a look at the video footage to establish which staff member broke the item. I told my wife that whoever broke it is not our problem, but an internal matter of that company. All I want is the item replaced.

I went there today and the office lady phoned the manager. I spoke to him and informed him that I will quote the item and get the money from them. He then got rude and told me that it is not his problem!!! He informed me that I handed them the vehicle at my own risk. I then asked him, i.o.w they can break anything inside the car and I have no rights?

He then replied, "yes! "

What pathetic service!!! Wow!!! Be very careful to take your car there!!!
