Worst service and treatment

My wife and father in law were shopping in your store today and decided to get a pizza. There was no one to attend to them at the pizza counter, when someone did assist, no gloves/ hand sanitiser was used. Not sure what happen (perhaps a problem between staff) but my wife was approached very aggressively and with attitude by one of the employees and was asked "what do you want? ", when she was already being helped by another employee. She informed him that she was already being attended to, but was still asked/told "what do you want, i am the pizza man", he was VERY aggressive and was staring at her with a very serious face. The manager of that section came while all this was going on (we still don't understand what happen), and was rude too. With 4 men around her with at least 2 of them being aggressive towards her, out of fear she cancelled her order and went to the manager of the store. Because my father in law was busy shopping, he did not know what happened. So while my wife tried to explain to the manager what had happened my father in law got so upset that my wife was not able to resolve the problem because she had to calm her father down by leaving the store.
