1 year and still waiting for my car to be repaired

After 1 year and 2 months, and after i have paid invoice after invoice, my ML worth over a half a million is now sitting in my garage for 78 days. Grand Central Service department does not seem to know what they are doing and are now waiting for a pump (which they have already changed once - and i paid for) for 78 days.
it appears they are playing guessing games with which parts to change in my car, and i end up paying the price. i cannot believe it takes 78 days for a part to arrive from Mercedes Bens. today they said they cant give me an answer. IS this how they treat a customer after 30 years of driving only Mercedes Bens?
i strong suggest no one buys a vehicle from this garage, they may give you a good deal, but their service department does not know what they are doing.
