Poor Service and major defects!

In 2011 I bought a Mercedes Benz from Rola Motors, Somerset West. Upon delivery in Gauteng, during the off-loading process, the vehicle was damaged, quite badly! After a very unsatisfactory period with no real solutions from Mercedes Benz SA, I decided to accept the vehicle after repairs were done.

Then, in June 2013 I bought a MB C63 AMG FLW20 from Mercedes-Benz, Umhlanga. Upon delivery (July 2013), on my first trip in the car, I experienced severe vibration. When investigated, it was found that all 4 the wheels were bent. I immediately took the car to Mercedes-Benz Menlyn, and handed over both keys to a 'Duppie', i.e. officially returning the vehicle not to standard or satisfaction to Mercedes-Benz. Also note that I am still paying for this vehicle on a monthly basis as no action has been taken to solve this matter, by Mercedes-Benz which I find completely unacceptable.

After numerous phone calls, letters, etc. this dilemma is still an ongoing one! No joy, not from the 'paid for, standing at Mercedes Benz' vehicle, neither from any of the Mercedes-Benz personnel I've dealt with.

4 months later, I feel it necessary to involve you, as customer service should count!
