Specials That DONT EXIST but are displayed

I was at BP on Monday the 15th of April and there was a board on the table that said if you by 2x muffins it is R12 and then a yogi sip is another R6 when i took the special they charged me full price for the muffins as well as the yogi sip when i queried it i was told that it was BP's fault and not their problem as far as the one staff member was concerned the manager sat in the office and hid away, isnt this false advertising? if it says it is on Monday's only and the special is not listed on the system is it the clients fault? this was the BP on Braam Fisher i will never go back there as i have spent alot of money there and then this happens i will take this ferther if it does not get resolved and if i dont get a explanation as to why i got the attitude as well as a apology from the useless staff memeber and the manager!
