Grand Central Motors
ML not repaired for over 1 yea

Its been 1 year and 2 months and my ML Mercedes worth over half a mill is still not running. The service department does not seem to know what they are doing as they keep changing parts and i keep paying. Every time a part is changed, the problem is not solved and I have paid invoice after invoice.
My car has been standing now in my garage for 1 month - as it is not drivable at all. the job card has been open at Grand Central for 78 days as they are waiting for a pump (note they changed this pump once before). they only reply i get from Grand Central is that they are waiting for the pump. in the meantime i don't have a working vehicle and Grand Central is of no decent assistance. I've paid a small fortune for my car and today they suggested a buy a new one while i wait - ARE THEY CRAZY!!!
this is the worst garage i have ever encountered and once they repair their mess they will NEVER see me again.
Note i have been driving Mercedes Benz vehicles for over 30 years.
