I took my car to Barons, N1 City on 16/04 & dealt with Carmine. Later I was called by Carmine to say it was an idling issue, I said they can go ahead with repairs & was called later that afternoon to collect my car. Upon collection, I asked if the idling issue was sorted & was told by Carmine that it had not been fixed because the idling was not the reported fault when bringing my car in. I took my car, and found more problems. I called & explained what was happening & was told to bring my car back to be repaired. I took my car back on the 29th and dealt with Aleen as Carmine was on leave. Until today, I have not had any response & when calling to inquire I am told that it is still being assessed. This is completely unacceptable as it has been TWO AND A HALF weeks since I returned the car.
