Europcar - A BUNCH OF!!!

I got a loan car from Europcar Mogale City (Krugersdorp) on 11/03/2013. I paid my R750 fuel deposit as required. The paperwork handed to me indicated that i could keep the car untill 05/04/2013. On 28/03/2013 i recieved an sms saying the car should be returned on 01/04/2013 which was a public holiday. I filled the car to the brim and went there on 01/04/2013 but no one was there. I went home with the car again and informed the call centre. On Tuesday afternoon they came to collect the car from my home. My husband took photos of the fuel gauge before they took it. They only paid R508.76 back into my account. Upon enquiring why Lesego and Ivy at Mogale branch said it was because the car was not filled. Ive got the slip to proof that i did as well as photos. I even spoke to Judy Karam from head office and she promised to get back to me, but never did. I WANT MY R241.24. I am willing to take further action if this does not get resolved. First they took the car back earlier than arranged and then withhold money worth 18litres of petrol for no reason. The service from Europcar is absolutely revolting! THEY ARE!!!
