Hnags up on clients pathetic

Rushen called me this morning about a car I bought from Mccarthy in November, firstly you guys must get yoru facts straight I never got the car and I am actually currently dealing with the Ombud, I have been fighting with Mccarthy everyday since November and am having the worst time of my life. Rushen calls me and says hi I hope you are enjoying your new vehicle and its going well, I said are you f*ing kidding me, how are you connected to Mccarthy because to call and say that is a joke as far as im concerned. Rushen then said don't swear at me and I said im swearing at the situation how are you connected to Mccarthy, he then hung up on me. which is very immature. I then called back and asked him how he is connected to Mccarthy. and he hung up on me again. It is pathetic behaviour as far as I am concerned and that's not how you treat potential customers. well now I am not a potential customer and neither is anyone else I know. He could hear I was clearly upset and he should maybe do a course on customer service because he just made me more mad and I will have lots to say about your company
