Not receiving feedback on a complaint lodged

I did not recieve feedback on my complaint below after being told someone at customer care would call me with feedback:
I brought my car in for its 5service without realising the 5year plan had expired. I was not told on previous visits that my plan is due to expire and I must bring it in before then. On bringing the car in for its fifth service, the lady tells me I will have to pay as the office in JHB has denied an extension. Sticking to the rules in plain black and white I can understand the charge, however when I say that I am about to upgrade the vehicle and in the market for a new car and, this current car has very low mileage with no major work to be done, I cannot understand why the head office is still unable to " bend " the rules and allow me that fifth service "free". Instead i now gave to fork out over R1000 for a standard service (oil change on a car that has a 61000 mileage).

I will continue to lodge complaints until someone from Honda SA has the courtesy to call back & confirm that my complaint will not be resolved, as I was promised a call back initially. Its no wonder that customer service in SA is so bad
