To whom it may concern, I am absolutely disgusted with the service/response received from Honda SA staff till to date, on the 15 January we took our vehicle to be serviced, after two numerous phone calls, before the car reached 45k, I have logged a complaint with Honda SA, I took the vehicle back to Honda west rand on the 21 st Jan where i was suppose to be meeting with the dealer principle that happened not to be available, I than death with Cobus (Honda west rand work shop manager) after explaining the entire scenario he indicated that there is nothing he can do about it as I need to be dealing with Collin (Manager @ Honda North Cliff, I was called by Natalie after this scenario and supplied feedback to her, till to date I have not received feedback pertaining the matter, I need the Ombudsman's details in order to take this complaint further, today we reaching the 28th Jan and nothing no resolution how ridiculous, that its not important to resolve small client complaints
