My complaint started mid 2012. I have now emailed several people individually and thought Natalie would follow up properly as promised in a telephone conversation. My car has now been back and forth to Honda Melrose several times and eventually felt it necessary to get a second opinion, I took it to Sandton where I was given a totally different diagnosis as well as a very inexpensive repair to what Melrose claimed would be approximately R12/15 000. My car also came back with my car kit totally disconnected and I am now resorting to selling both my Honda, as well as my son's, as I no longer have any faith in Honda as my car comes back with a different problem every time I get it back and always costly. Plus no follow up! My story goes as far back to when she was new. I have had several problems, always had to beg for assistance. To date still no feedback except for one mail in August 2012 saying "Thank you for taking the time to contact Honda Customer Care, your request is important to us and your Customer Care consultant will contact you shortly. If you have any suggestions on how we could better our service to you in the future please feel free to contact us". STILL NOTHING!!!
