I am tired of the incompetence of DHL global forwarding. Scott swan my account manager has given me nearly every excuse in the book to why he never ever delivers. From his laptop being, to his being on leave, multiple time. He never get back to me with a quote on time. I have over the past 6 month left dozen of voice calls and he is never available nor ever in the office. Because yes I have tried.

I am just sick of this BS I am getting from DHL. I am by no means a big client but, if they cant treat any client with respect them why am I doing business with DHL.

I have bypassed Scott and gone straight to the quotes desk but they take 3 - 5 to never to generate a quote. I have to follow up on multiple emails to find out where my quote is.

What I cant understand is that a multi-billion rand company treats clients like this. It is an effort to get a quote, it is an effort to get anything done. I would expect this from postnet, not from DHL.

I want a new account manager and I want a competent manager to address my concerns and explain why their support desk is so slap!
