WRONG ITEM DELIVERED, WONT REFUND

I have still not received any feedback from these people. I have emailed him his own quote showing him that the discription said: BALTIMORE OFFICE DESK with a picture of the L-shaped desk.
How does a quote & invoice say this AND HAVE A PICTURE, but does not deliver that???
AND still have the ordasity to tell me I should read the quote - I DID READ THE QUOTE AND SAW THE PICTURE!
He is just not responding.
I cannot believe that he says no one has ever complained about their service or company - this too must be a lie.
