Charged for two days instead of one

I recently rented a vehicle from the Langebaan branch of Europcar on Jan 06. I stated very clearly that I only needed the vehicle for one day, as I needed to go to the airport. I was told to collect the car on Sunday, as I was leaving for the air[port very early on Monday. Upon receiving my invoice, I was shocked to see that I was actually charged for two days. I studied the invoice and foung that I picked up the car at 11h00 the 06th and dropped it off at 11h45 on the 7th. I was told to pick the car up on that time, as it was a Sunday, and the company would not be open at a later time. It is totally ridiculous to charge me for two days, and I will NEVER make use of this company again. The Wescoast is a very small comunity, and I'm sure the word will spread very quickly. I am using rentals a lot, and I'm sure one unhappy customer will not upset the company, but your service stinks!!
