Blatant over charges for fuel

Good Day,

I have a query with regards to the fuel charge on Contract No. 514168730, Document No. 22998382, Account No. 8888881. Rental period 21-23/08/2013, Collection time11h15, Return time 10h05

According to the invoice I drove a total of 241km during the 2 days that I used your vehicle, for which you have charged me R153.80 for refuelling. I am querying this because 20-30km away from the airport, whilst heading towards the airport I refueled at the Petroport Riverhorse West. The receipt is available and shows a refuelling time of 09h37.

Explain the following to me.
If I needed to refuel to the value of R138.25 for driving a distance of 210-220km, how is it possible that you had to refuel the vehicle another R153.80 for driving 20-30km to the airport?

I am shocked to my core and will most likely not make use of your company again and will most certainly make this public knowledge.
