Shocked and greatly dissapointed

I rented a vehicle for two days, 4-6 July 2013. I returned the vehicle early on Saturday morning and was told by your consultant at the Randburg office that my deposit will be returned to me in 72 hours.

220 hours later (more than 9 days later!) I am yet to even receive an sms/email/call/fax to even acknowledge my use of the car, yet alone to give me my invoice for the two days or my deposit back.

I had planned on using my deposit money to buy air-tickets to Cape Town, but thanks to your "GREAT" customer service I will not be able to buy these tickets because the tickets are now high above my budget due to you delaying with my deposit.

Europcar's bad service has negatively inconvenienced me, my family and my planned work. I wish you guys could just be honest and upfront with whats going on. Basic communication could have allowed me to make alternative arrangements. I am truly disappointed with Europcar's silence.
