My car broke down due to an important pipe leading from the radiator to the engine containing water, I just barely got it to the garage with out cracking the engine. Upon arrival I was greeted and given an assessment of the car. I was told what was needed and was advised to get the part myself to save money from the mark up that they would have charged me. I bought the part and went back, when I got there my car was already taken in and the part was replaced free of charge and I was given several bottles of anti-freeze also free of charge. I left Grahamstown and arrived safely and my car is still running smoothly.
