STILL Awaiting Deposit Refund after 7 days

My husband & I booked a car with Budget through our car insurance (AA) as my vehicle was in for repairs. We were asked to pay a deposit of R750, which we did in CASH. We were informed that we would receive our cash deposit back when we returned the car with a full tank. 2 weeks later (16th March) we returned the car with the requested full tank. We were informed that we would not be receiving our refund immediately as it was a Saturday. Tumi told us to return on Tuesday when the Manager was in. Due to work constraints we were unable to go through on Tuesday nor Wednesday. My husband went to the branch on Thursday and was informed that there was no manager (once again). Mshazo said he would call my husband back by the end of the day, but failed to do so. We phoned again today (Friday 22nd March) and were informed that the Manager was not in (once again!!) And that we should phone back on Monday. This is ridiculous! Can someone please get back to us about this!!!
