Good samaritans still exist

I bought my vehicle from Herman Nel Motors in May 2012. Since then I've had to return twice to have my interior fan replaced free of charge. I also took my car there for its 75 000 km service.
While driving home on Monday I heard a horrible sound coming from the engine; it sounded as if something broke off inside and was now dragging on the road. Luckily I was not too far from the dealership. They quickly determined that my alternator fan was faulty but was unable to source one as it was already after 16:00.
I went through a divorce recently and had no-one to help out with transport.
The owner, Fanie, very generously offered to lend me a car.
When I picked up my car on Tuesday, they didn't even charge me labour.
I want them to know how much I appreciate their kindness and helpful demeanour. I have certainly become part of the furniture!
