I want my money!!

On the 24th of March my brother had car trouble on his way back to Pretoria. There was no vehicle available and they booked him into the Protea Hotel. We had to pay R595 for the night and was told the next day that the money will be paid back to us within 3 days. It is now 3 weeks later and after yet another phone call I was told by Earl that the money will only be paid back next week Friday. This is totally unacceptable!!! I want my money back!!!
