What a shame!

I've been calling the call centre forthe past 3 months to follow up on payment date, I was shocked by the different stories that we'd get. I'd call in the morning and my brother wouold call in the afternoon and get 2 totally different stories. On January 2nd, 2014 I was told that the money had been paid to my mother's account[mind you she passed away on July 09th, 2013, the account is closed].I was told the money could not be processed and be paid correctly until the bank 'returns 'the money back to GEPF[mind you the account is closed].After calling and being old the same story for 2 weeks, I escalated to managers[14/01/2014], on 15/01/2014 I got 3 call backs and emails and was promised feedback which I never got, I sent emails and requested it, I was told they are still busy they will provide feedback. Today is the 27th/01/2014, NOBODY ever got back to me unless I had to remind them and no solid feedback has been provided. My brother and cousin won't be attending college this simester and my sister won't be going to varsity this year and they are struggling because there is no money yet our mother left them the money. I hope this happens to their children when they die. What a shame!!!
