I BOUGHT A BMW M3 AT INSPECTACAR RUSTENBURG ON THE 27TH MARCH 2013. I THEN TOOK THE VEHICLE TO LEO HAUSE IN HATFIELD WHERE I PAID FOR AN EXTENEDED MOTORPLAN (R21 992). THAT SAME DAY LEO HAUSE HATFIELD SAID THEY CANNOT OPEN A MOTOR PLAN BECAUSE THE VEH WAS IN A HUGE ACCIDENT, THEY THEN SAID BMW SA WILL REFUND US THE MONEY WE PAID ON THE EXTENDED MOTOR PLAN. TWO WEEKS LATER BMW SA PAID R20282.00 BACK, WHERE THEY DEDUCTED R1709.92. I THEN PHONED BMW SA ANS SPOKE TO MONIQUE TROLLIP, I ASKED HER WHY THEY ONLY PAID R 20282.00, SHE THEN SAID THEY DEDUCTED R 1500 FOR ADMIN FEES WHICH IS UNEXECPTABLE BECAUSE THE MOTORPLAN WAS NEVER ACTIVATED. SO I SAID I WANT MY MONEY BACK SHE REFERRED ME TO kOBUS SWANEPOEL AT CUSTOMER CARE THAT SAID BMW SA WILL PAY ME THE MONEY BACK, AND IT HAS BEEN TWO WEEKS AND I HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM HIM OR BMW SA. THIS IS TOTTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
