Fedex Express
No delivery

Hi i sent a parcel on 08/04/13 paid extra for fedex, which is either an overnight or 48hour delivery service. It is pass the 48hr mark and yet the parcel is still not delivered. I Could have then chosen the much cheaper option of road freight.

Who explains to my customer why the deliver isn't there? i paid for something i did not receive. Fix it.
