Not refunding deposit

First Car Rental debited my account with R1911.00 on booking a car; another R7150.00 as deposit when I collected the car on the 26th March at CT Airport. I returned the car on 2nd April in good order and received my final invoice to the amount of R2775.16 But to this date, 10th April my account has not been reconciled in spite of me lodging a query, asking for feedback through their web-site and phoning CT airport branch of First Car. Nothing is being done to refund the monies due to me, in fact, they don't even bother to give me feedback.
