Late Refund on Deposit

I returned rental vehicle to Cape Town Int Airport on the morning of 15/12/2013, per rental agreement. A deposit of R2800 have been taken off my Credit card on 19/12/2013, weird being post vehicle being returned. I followed up with Budget accounts people who just gave the 4 business day story... Per invoice received R 1462.02 is due back to me. To this date I have not received a cent back!

This is totally unacceptable! If I owed you money them, they would have charged me interest. So far you are 8 days late on refunding me my money.
