First Car Rental
First car rental doesn't pay back deposit

I hired a car more than a week ago from First Car Rental at the Pietermaritzburg airport.
It is now more than a week and I still haven't received my R7, 000 deposit back.
I have never waited like this from any car rental company before.
Cashflow problems at First Car Rental perhaps? (I ask this as I was also charged more than the quoted amount when booking via [URL Removed]
Perhaps people need to be warnbed via social media or other means.
My advise would be to rather spend extra with other companies who will refund you faster as you will end up saving money. It costs one interest, opportunity cost and a lot of frustration and time spent in chasing.
I have now called the call centre three times and each time the 3 call centre staff members are on the phone and they don't return calls.
