First Car Rental
NOT UPFRONT AND HONEST

I arrived at King Shaka Airport at 9am on Saturday 30 November 2013. Went to 1st Car Rental (booked through the travel agent). Documents from the travel agent states that my deposit for the car rental was R2000, but when I got there, I was informed that the deposit is R3000. Even after complaining I was told its what I had to pay. Which I paid, but was informed that I will be refunded the money, 24 hours after returning the vehicle at the same time as they send through the invoice. On Sunday I returned the vehicle and it was given back exactly the same as when I took it, bar the mileage and fuel used.

On Monday I requested the copy of the invoice in the afternoon, which was e-mailed to me.By Thursday, I still had not received my deposit back.
