Unacceptable customer service

Cars & Transport

It is with complete and utter discontent that I am writing this complaint towards you.
Let me explain why: In October of 2012 I went to Imperial GM Vanderbijl park to purchase my Isuzu 300 LX 4x4 D-Tech (2009 model). The bakkie of my dreams. However this dream suddenly turned into a complete nightmare. As I drove back home from Vanderbijl park, I live in Kathu Northern Cape, I realised that this bakkie had a strange scratching noise coming from the transmission. As soon as I got home I inspected the under carriage for any visible signs of what was causing the noise. I could not identify the source of the noise, however I did - to my complete shock - notice that the leaf spring on the rear was broken. I phoned Kobus v Zyl sales manager at GM Vanderbijl to tell him about what I discovered, the only service I received from him was giving me the run around as best he could. I could never once get a straight answer out of Kobus, he also went as far as threatening me to cancel the sale, instead of helping me to solve the problem. When he tried to insinuate that the defects was my fault, I decided to contact the Dealer Principal Clinton Davids this was also futile for all I received fro
