Cars & Transport

On the 22 February 2013, Mrs Munro was forced to purchase a Kia Rio. The salesman was Ricky; he told me that if i didnt drive the car out on that day, she would have to pay R10 000.00 by 3pm that day. So having got such a shock and didn't know what to do, she took the car. As a lady not knowing what to check or do, she drove the car away. After the first service, The car has been back just about every day. First for the ABS light coming on and the steering wheel going tight. Then there was a noise in the front somewhere. Then a guy came to pick me up and test drives the car, as they couldn't hear the noise. That guy then informed me that the clutch is going and the breaks and something with the steering; it will cost me a bit of money to repair. I told the guy that we have had this car for 6 months only. He then said that we should go speak to Barry, of which we did. I am still waiting for Barry to get back to me. A sales man by the name of Kavesh phones me and said I hear you want to sell your car! Wow ok I was taken back and explained the story to him. He then phoned for a settlement on the car and informed me that it a bit high. I told him why don't they do a swop or fix the problem.
