Misfuelling of X5 Diesel

The petrol attendant poured petrol instead of desiel without know i drove off and about 600m later when the car was jurking i drove back to the garage only to discover they had misfueled. The attendants tried to drain the fuel but did not work and i towed the car to BMW Cedar Isle. The following morning the manager and the owner acknowleged the fault and offered to cover the costs in writing, when BMW quoted R113000 they made a u turn and later refered me to there insurance cimmmingham and lindey. They seem to be asking questions so as to find a way out, so in consulted with a lawyer. We have since answered the questions they had but to date they have not paid. My car broke down last week as well and was towed to BMW again and the parts they had indicated need replacement failed. I am still waiting for them to respond and have instructed my lawyers to persue the matter.
