VW unable to repair my car and broke it

please advice.
I bought a brand new Polo vivo GT 2012 model in 2012 april 05 Registration is (BV 55 RJ GP) from VW alberton Sales person (Stefnie Burley Cell 0825412550, Tell 0118613600)
i drove the car at 4000km it started making noise on the right front tyre i then book it at the glen vw CHris Service adviser) to check on it they said there is nothing wrong with it. i continued driving it at 15000km service i booked it at Mcdulling booysens they didn't fix it same story that there is nothing wrong. i took it at the glen vw for 30000km and asked them to have a look on it, they said the problem is engine mountains and they were replaced but noise still continues, i then went back again they said no it is shock absober and shock mountain they were both replaced, noise still continues it came back with a staring wheel stiff i raised the issue and it was ignored, we drove the same car as mine it never had the same problem service manager said it is a factory fault nothing can be done.
VWSA refered me to another dealership i took it to booysens Mcdulling (Lebo Srevice adviser Tel: (011) 683 92000 again they did something the noise dissapered for a week when i book it again they
