Bought a Corsa Bakkie - no service delivery

I bought a Corsa Bakkie in December 2013. There were a few problems that needed correcting (noise on front wheel etc). 6 Weeks later the bakkie is still at the agency and everyone from salesman Ryan to Manager Leon just say its not their problem any longer. They never return calls and have about progress on the bakkie when we call.
We have bought 5 cars there in the last 7 years and always had good service. Now looks like all they wanted was the commission before Christmas
