Still waiting

Let me first start of by including the tracking number 1Z3179190493501879. I am truly unhappy with the service I received from UPS. I live in a Security estate and not in a remote area! Yesterday the UPS driver arrived at the main gate and the security called me to grant access. The driver never showed up only to find that UPS now say I live in a remote area and that they cannot do deliveries! What a load of! I am still waiting after I called their office and they told me the driver would be at my place at 17h00... Yesterday!
