On 05th December 2012, I took ownership of the following vehicle purchased from gwm :

Since taking ownership of the abovementioned vehicle, I have only had 1 bad experience after another. From the engine loosing power to fumes in the car. After several calls and taking the car back to GWM Roodpeoort, the problem with the engine loosing power had eventually been fixed. BUT they can just not seem to get to the root of the problem re. fumes in the car. Every time that my car goes back I have to fight to get a courtesy car (contrary to their Owner Assist policy advertised on GWM SA website!!) When my husband called them again, he was told that all the new cars have that bad smell and that they are under NO obligation to provide us with a courtesy car while my car is booked in. I am now fed-up with GWM and at the verge of taking the car back and cancelling the entire deal with the bank. TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Wont recommond GWM to anyone!!!
