Matrix were responsible for my car being

My Toyota double cab was fitted with Matrix's latest security. I parked my vehicle in Melville & 30 mins later received a call from Matrix to enquire if everything was all right as they had received a 'security violation". I ran to where my vehicle had been parked - it was no longer there. I advised Matrix & asked for my vehicle to be tracked immediately. They couldn't put me through to their tracking dept for 15 mins. During this time my hubby called me to advise that he had been called 3 times in a row by Matrix [although he wasn't the registered driver for the vehicle] and advised that my car had been started without a key, my car was being driven without the security being disarmed & my car was entering a high risk area! He had told them each time to call me immediately. I advised him it had been & I was trying to have it tracked. Matrix only began tracking the vehicle 30 mins after they 1st called me, to no avail. 1 hr later the tracking unit was found on the roadside.

Had matrix called the right driver, not ignored 3 security violations & tracked my vehicle immediately, I would still have my car. The MD eventually offered to give me a free unit in my "next" car.
