Incompetent Security Group who cannot delive

We have been tenants of Phoenix Regent Estate 1 from the day they opened it up to the public to live in and we had no problem until they decided to let Sigma Group take over for their Security. Although we had lovely intercom systems in place, Sigma Group decided that we needed to put in our cellphone numbers and get remotes but they did not hand us our remotes and after awhile they only put in one cell.number in the system despite us giving them more than one number.

We have sent emails back and forth to Tracy and Jacque, from November 2012 to receive a remote as the guards that work for Sigma Group will not let us in our own Complex with ease. After complaining, we finally recieved a remote on the 4th of April 2013 and it did not work. We stood there waiting for Jacque to give us another remote and finally he found a remote that would work. We used the remote for literally a week and then it stopped working. We were told to give the remote back and they will issue us with a replacement. It is now the 23rd of May 2013 and we still have not received a Remote to go into our own Complex. We are being treated as if we are intruders in our own home as the Guards will not let us in!
