CAB DRIVER LATE, RUDE AND LOST TICKETS

Hi All. I was recommended to use Zebra cabs and have been doing so religiously for months now the service was great and reliable however last week Friday we booked a cab for 18:45 to take us Monte casino to the beauty and the beast on ice show. The main office confirmed that the driver would be ontime. The driver himself called to confirm the booking.19:00 .. 19:15 the driver still had not arrived and we where now standingt at the gate sure that we where late. THE TICKETS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE .I called the office again and they said hed be wt us shortly. He arrived 19:20 and was late and did not know how to get to Monte casino I called the office again and as i complained bout him he mumbled he would turn back cos we are harassing him. Bottom line is wse never made the show we lost R1200 WORTH OF TICKETS AND ZEBRA CABS must reimburse me as promised or buy the exact tickets. I called the manager Molefe and he said he would get back to me instead the driver himself called me saying hed pay in installments. We just want to see the show we want our tickets or R1200 to buy new ones Zebra must pay and deal wt their driver seperate. Molefe the manager must settle this as Zebra cabs rep
