Brilliant service

My Car was booked in for the 16th Jan 2013 however service consultant made a mistake and told me the 15th Jan. I pulled up at VW and Scott despite being fully booked he still took my car in and gave excellent service. Great attitude and on time. Even organised a shuttle to collect me to fetch me car!
