I took my car in for a service and it was cutting out too. At the end of the day they said it was sorted except it needed new shocks. It cut out on my way out. It went in a second time, I was told it was now the throttle, they would order the part and contact me. They kept me waiting for 30 minutes as they had printed the wrong invoice. The manager, Scott Hedrick walked past a few times and did nothing. I gave them a zero rating and was told Scott would phone me..never heard from him. Two weeks later, no call from them, my car cut out 6x in one day. I phoned Scott Hedrick, took the car in. Mr Attitude was sitting on the couch and he only got up when called. When I told him no one had called me, he shouted across the workshop to me that he was trying to help and insinuated that I could go elsewhere. He was rude and arrogant and at no point apologised for the inconvenience. The service manager wasn't even aware of my cars problems. I was then given a loan car that was absolutely filthy and hardly had enough petrol in it for me to get home. My car was finally fixed the next day, 2 weeks after it went in. With the manager like that it has put me off ever owning a Ford again.
