Yesterday I brought my car in. As my fanbelt snapped. Just as I pulled up at home friday afternoon. I was number 2 in the que at service centre monday 18th nov 2013. I just made it there with no belt and alternator not charging my battery. They booked car in. At 7 15am. I have callef 10 times awaiting response. To find out whether they contacted my warranty company. They told me at 4pm yesterday. That due to my car not being booked in prior. It had to be booked in as a breakdown. And breakdowns normalky get dealth with the next day. This morning I called and the service advisor assigned to me. Still has not come back to me from 7.30am wen I called. This is by far the worst service ever. I was told they first gobba do a diagnostic. To estabkish what the problem is. However after I showed the advisor marcel that its the alternator pulley that is messed and my vehicle needs an oil change. Uoto date they have not touched my car or given me any feedback.

Pkease contact me urgently as I needed my car done yesterday already.
