Excellent service

My vehicle was due for its 45km service, i tried having the service done in Rustenbug VW because im currently living here, after i heavy battle with this dealer ship and the fact that they do not offer any service deliver to they VW clients eg, transport for the client after they drop they vehicle or a courtesy vehicle to get him to work, on Thursday 22/08/2013 when i went to Rustenburg VW as my vehicle was booked, i get there and the lady informs me that i have my dates wrong and that my car was booked for the Wednesday, this is when i had enough, i called the newcastle VW asked them if they could gap me in for Monday the 26/08/2013, I must say to the guys in newcastle VW THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE EXCELLENT SERVICE YOU PROVIDED US WITH IT WAS REALLY APPRECIATE, THESE GUYS WENT OUT OF THEY WAY NOT ONLY DID THEY SERVICE MY VEHICLE FOR THE 45KM BUT ALSO INSPECTED MY VEHICLE GAVE ME A CALL TO CONFIRM WHAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACE ON MY VEHICLE, AND REMEMBER ALL THIS AFTER THEY WERE FULLY BOOKED, AND THEY SEND ME A REMINDER THAT MY VEHICLE WAS DUE FOR SERVICE ON THE MONDAY, MARLEN AND THE GUY THAT ASSISTED ME ON THE FONE, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! EXCELLENT SERVICE!
