I am extremely dissapointed in the service provded by Avis, and arrogant, Agent spoke to on the phone by the name of Shoki who couldnt be bothered that she was speaking with a client

i requested a vehicle from avis yesterday 14 January 2013 and i was informed by SHOKI that there were no vehicles in the WHOLE of guateng and that i could only get a vehicle on the 15th of January 2013 at 15:00 hours and she made the reservation.

when i made a follow up she told me there were no vehicles and denied the previous conversation and said someone else had used her name and i didnt speak to her yesterday

unbelievable!!!
im still carless and was given a bagful of attitude

Extremely irritated and stranded!!
