Excellent Service!!

I phoned around looking for a well priced double bed set. The salesman, Scott, was so extremely helpful and informative that I stopped phoning anywhere else! I went to see him and he remembered speaking to me on the phone. I paid a deposit and he booked the bed for me. I returned four days later to pay the balance - Scott was off but the other salesman was just as helpful and arranged for the delivery to be done today and confirmed that the bed had been booked for me. This morning at 07.50am I received a phone call to confirm whether they could deliver between 9am and 10am. At 08.50am the truck arrived. The men delivering were very pleasant and even asked whether they could take the plastic off, put the feet on and place the bed into the position that I wanted.
Well done Tafelberg, Northgate!!! Wish that other companies would learn from you!!!
