CCD Couriers
No delivery of parcel as per agreement

Hello Peter,
Yesterday I received a phone call from the couriers that i will be receiving a parcel from my bank between 08:00 and 10:00 on the 15 Jan 2013. I then received yet another call that the driver was being delayed on traffic with my parcel and will get to me at 11:30 - this to my surprise did not happen. I made a follow up phone call to the couriers at around 12:30 to check what was happening to the parcel that I need to get. I was told that the driver was still stuck on traffic and I find this very hard to believe. I am expecting cards from my bank and who know what is happening to theses as today we have many people performing activities in this country. I would appreciate it if you would intervene and assist me in resolving this simple delivery task that has been given to CCD Couriers as they are now displaying some level of not being trustworthy and incompetence. Their receptionist is also very rude and this needs to be addressed as well.
