33 minutes and then, 6 people not available or busy or unwilling to take the call. Cutoff by receptionist. Eventually Johan graciously takes my call. When told their efforts were pathetic, I'm told I'm wrong! No apology. Excuse? Dead lines! Except couldn't explain why he knew this, but the telephonist didn't?

The danger of dealing with " a manager". Very important person if they say so themselves. But zero customer care shown. No tact. No acceptance of fault. An absolutely disgraceful dealership. I will NEVER set foot there again, or recommend them to anyone. Pathetic... 33minutes!!!
