SORRY, NO ENGINE FOR YOUR ZAFIRA???

My Zafira 2.2 "hit rockers" according to the Service Manager at Uitenhage William's Hunt. My car has been standing there for 4 months as no one is able to fix the problem! Sorry, it is going to cost you (ME, the consumer) R102 000 to repair the engine! What??? Sorry, we don't have an engine for your car in SA! OK, so what should I (ME, the consumer do?). You can start by taking the Car Magazine and call around looking for an engine! so I must do YOUR job??? Never ever have I thought that this outing will be such a circus! By the way, my car only has 90 000 km's on the clock and has always been serviced by a GM Agent! My question is, how can you (the Agent) take NO responsibility for your product which does not work???
