A year later

In April 2012 a Jeep engine was purchased from EW Motors. He requested payment up front which was done. My engine (3W711745) with serviced turbo and injectors was send to him complete and he send the purchased engine via courier. The turbo and injectors on this engine had to be serviced again. It was fitted and from the start was not running correctly. He was contacted and gave a list of possibilities. The vehicle was taken for a test drive and about 200m further the engine gave problems. He was again contacted. he requested that the vehicle be loaded onto a truck and transported from Port Shepstone to Krupersdorp. In the same breath he clearly stated that if it was a fault on the mechanic side then I had to pay for the transport. I then discovered on hellopeter that there were other complaints and requested him to inspect the engine whilst in the vehicle in Port Shepstone. He refused. The engine was send back via courier. After months of struggling a completely different engine arrived, but without injectors, turbo or adaptor plate for the gearbox. Numerous phone calls later and still empty promises. How much more can any person take?
