Still awaiting response after a year CA719494

I had my car serviced at auto works milnerton in last year around 18-20/11/2012 toyota runx had a major service done and shocks replaced and my fuel injectors cleaned. got my car back on the 20/11/2012, as i was going to the eastern cape hence the service.on the morning leaving fro the eastern cape while driving on the R300 my car just completely died. when i opened the bonnet my car engine the tyres everything and i mean everything was covered in petrol. I had the car towed all the back to milnerton where i waited from 5.30am the morning for the store to be open i complained to the branch manager an a guy by the name of Stefano i think, whom checked my car a saw that the fuel line leading the fuel injectors was never clipped in correctly. and that negligence could have cost ed my life. After this Stefano took my car for a ride and said everything was okay. the manager said my injectors was cleaned at a other branch. Where was the ownership, where was the offer to have my engine bay, tyres, window cleaned which was still covered with petrol. where was the offer to pay for all the petrol that was lost. I'm only doing this due to an email i received from you say I'm a valued custome
